After you place an order, We send your package to eBay's international forwarding warehouse in Erlanger, Kentucky. From here, it is consolidated with other orders destined for your country and shipped in bulk. This method works well and helps deliver a cheaper shipping service to you.
The tracking number we upload tracks the package from our warehouse in Santa Ana, CA to eBay's GSP warehouse in Erlanger, Kentucky. After it arrives at the eBay location in Erlanger the tracking number will no longer show updates to the package. To see the progress from Kentucky to your country, log into the My eBay section of eBay.com and view your order. The tracking progress provided there will show additional tracking updates.

Every international shipment includes a commercial invoice with the amount paid for the order (not including shipping cost). New Bike Take Off
.
This is a common term, in which the item was taken off of a New Bike. Item was installed on a new bike and taken off to switch out parts. Minimal scratches and scuffs from installation/removal, NOT from use.
NOS - New Old Stock
. This is one of our favorite terms. NOS means it is an older item, sometimes vintage that is new, never used. NOS items are valuable because it could be that special part needed to complete a build. NOS items are typically hard to come by.
OEM - Original Equipment Manufacturer
. OEM parts are genuine components that come in bulk packaging instead of a retail box, for use in bicycle assembly factories.
NIB - New In Box
. Pretty straightforward. This item comes new in box. Will come in original retail packaging, and perfect, new condition.

Returning a Damaged, Defective, or Mis-Shipped Items
If the product you receive is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and arrange a replacement or refund. A UPS pre-paid shipping label will be provided so you can ship the item back free of charge. Once we receive the item back we will ship out the new item or issue a full refund back to you, whichever option you prefer. For international orders we are not able to provide a prepaid shipping label but we will reimburse your return shipping costs when processing the return. We will not accept returns if the item is damaged or defective due to misuse. Returns are processed within three (3) days of receipt (not including weekends or holidays).
Returning Items for any other reason
If you are returning an item for any other reason please contact us to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number required for the return. All returned items must be in new, unused condition and include the original packaging. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs and will receive a full refund for the cost of the product once received back. If you paid for international shipping or expedited domestic shipping you will only receive a refund for the item price and not shipping. We reserve the right to not issue a refund if the item is returned in a condition other than which it was received. A request to cancel or change an order must be done quickly to ensure it can be changed in time. We ship within 24 hours, usually within a few hours during normal business hours. Requests made by email are not always received in time and there is no guarantee the order will be updated before it ships. Orders that already have a tracking number cannot be cancelled or changed. If your order has already shipped please see our above policies to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and arrange a return.

Item Description
Shimano's Ultegra FC-R8000 Crankset represents true trickle down from Shimano's flagship Dura-Ace group not only visually, but in the technological features that make both cranksets light, stiff, and shift with precision. The new, aggressively angular lines increase stiffness, providing excellent power transfer. The chainrings and bolts were also redesigned to provide better chainstay clearance for shorter rear end bikes or road disc bikes with wider dropout spacing. Shimano has the technical expertise and manufacturing prowess to create industry-leading shifting and stiffness to weight for the rings and crank arms, respectively. The latter property is owed to Shimano's Hollowtech II arm construction, a heavily guarded secret. Where other manufacturers drill the arms to reduce weight or create two sides and clam-shell them together, Shimano is able to forge the arms and still keep them hollow. As with the Dura-Ace 9100 series, Shimano adds some width to the R8000's arms and orients the spider to more efficiently transfer energy during important power phases throughout the pedal stroke. The asymmetric spider and chainring spacing allows Shimano to put two chainring bolts close to the wider arms, further adding rigidity to the rings for better shifting and power transfer. As noted above, Shimano's excellent chainring engineering continues with the FC-R8000. We once heard a rumor that Shimano owns patents on every single chainring tooth's shape, pin, shift ramp, etc. We're not sure if this is true, but we do know that, compared to other rings we've used, Shimano rings in operation tend to run much quieter, wear at a much better rate, and offer more positive and quicker shifting. The tooth profiles on this crank have been slightly altered to improve shifting and chain retention at the extreme chainlines seen on the shorter stays of newer bikes combined with larger cassette ranges and wider rear spacing.
