    Vintage Elks ASSN IBPOEW Fraternal Lodge Past President Pendant Medal Pin Badge.  Goldtone, not marked.  Comes in original plastic case as pictured.  VGC.  IBPOEW stands for the Improved Benevolent Protective Order of Elks of the World, it is an African American fraternal order modeled on the BPOE "Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks".  It was established in 1897 in the United States.
